Everything here is built and running, and it is early. We want to hear what breaks.

Early adopters get two years free

Works with your AI

You already have the AI. It just has nothing true to read.

ChatGPT can write your listing copy and cannot tell you whether the Camden sofa is free on the 14th, because nothing it can reach knows. VeraStaged is the part that knows, and it was built to be read by software rather than only by people.

The only home staging service built to work with the AI you already use. Anyone on the plan can hand it their routine work, from inventory to billing.

Four steps

Connecting ChatGPT or Claude takes an afternoon, not an integration project.

  1. Step 1

    Make a key

One key per person, so whatever their AI does is recorded as done for that person. Keys are made and revoked on the Company screen, and each one is shown once.

  2. Step 2

    Hand it to your AI

Paste the key and our address into a Custom GPT action, or into whatever automation tool you already run. That is the whole setup.

  3. Step 3

It looks around on its own

The first thing an AI does here is ask what it can do. It gets the full picture back, in this industry's own words, including what the product deliberately will not do.

  4. Step 4

    Ask for things

From there it works the way you would hope. Say what you want, and it finds the right way to do it and reads the answer back, including when the answer is no.

What connecting buys

The assistant does not change. What it knows does.

Most of the hours, and most of the expensive mistakes, come down to somebody carrying answers from one window to another. Stop the carrying and both go with it.

  • No new assistant to learn

Not another vendor’s assistant, with its own habits and its own ways of going wrong to learn. The ChatGPT or Claude your team trusts is the one that does this work, so the day it gets smarter, everything it does for you here gets smarter too. You were paying for it anyway.

  • The retyping ends

No export, no paste, no photographing the spreadsheet into a chat window. Your AI reads the record and writes to it, directly. Every hop between the two was a person doing clerical work at typing speed, and each one was a place to drop a digit nobody catches until the truck is loaded.

  • It reads today, not Tuesday

Every answer comes off the record as it stands: the hold placed an hour ago, the collection that did not happen this morning. An assistant working from an export is confidently wrong, and confidently wrong is a crew parked in a driveway while a client hears the sofa is on its way. The sofa is in somebody else’s living room.

What makes it readable

Built so your AI gets it right the first time.

Software that guesses is software that is confidently wrong, and an AI guesses whenever the thing in front of it is ambiguous. Six choices remove the guessing.

  • It speaks in your work, not in data

Search the inventory, check availability, hold pieces, record a move, quote a project, run a report. Your AI is handed the jobs themselves, never a pile of raw records to reason its way around, because an AI left to assemble the right change eventually assembles the wrong one.

  • Every blank is explained

Which end of a date range is counted, what a quantity is counted in, whether a box wants the id or the number off the sticker, and what happens if something is left alone. Your AI is never left to guess what a field means, anywhere.

  • A no comes with a next step

A refused booking says what is wrong, what else is free instead, and what to do next. That is the difference between an AI that fixes its own mistake and an AI that apologizes to your customer.

  • A big project lands whole or not at all

Load eighty pieces onto a project in one go. If four of them cannot go, none of them do, and all four come back named with the reason, rather than being found one retry at a time.

  • Asking twice books once

An AI that times out and tries again gets the first answer handed back, not a second reservation. It cannot stutter a double-booking into your calendar. One case has a condition: an assistant you connect straight to your records should be signed in as one of your people, or given a key issued to one, because on a key everybody shares it cannot tell its own retry from somebody else asking for the same thing.

  • One word means one thing

The same idea has the same name everywhere, and dates, labels and money are written the same way on every screen and in every answer. What your AI reads in one place, it can use in the next.

Ask it, in your own words

The answer comes back where you asked the question.

None of these are commands you have to learn. They are the sentences your team says to each other already, and the point of the API is that your AI can turn one into the right call and read the answer back to you.

The same key works from a phone, a laptop, a scheduled job, or a group chat your AI is sitting in. What it may do is fixed by the role of the person it was issued to, so an assistant given a warehouse key can move furniture and cannot see what a project was sold for.

  • “What is free for a three-bed in Boise, the 14th through the 28th?”
  • “Book the Camden sofa and both Ellery chairs to 219 Fairview.”
  • “Quote the Hendersons’ living room with pieces we will have on the 12th.”
  • “What is still sitting at closed listings?”
  • “Here is my inventory spreadsheet. Import it.”
  • “Which realtor sent us the most work last year, and what did it bill?”
  • “Everything on truck two tomorrow, room by room.”
  • “Which pieces have not left the warehouse since 2023?”

Where we stand

Yours stays yours.

  • You bring the AI

There is no AI in this product to buy, meter, or outgrow. You link the one you already use, and when it gets better, what it can do here gets better with it, with no new line on your invoice and no allowance to run out of.

  • Rooms staged with real pieces

An AI can render a staged room for you today. Linked here, it renders the room with pieces you own that are free on the install date, prices them at your rates, and holds them when the client says yes. A picture of furniture that exists is a promise you can keep.

  • Nothing is app-only

This is not a read-only feed bolted onto an app. Your screens and your AI work the same product, through the same checks, and there is no second path with different rules on it. The work of the business is all there for it. What is yours alone stays yours alone: accepting the project a company offers you, and the addresses you sign in at, are things only you can do, signed in as yourself, and no key can be issued that does them for you.
