Pricing
$99 a month. Nothing while the beta is open.
One number, one product, everything in it. No seat fees, no item tiers, no add-ons, no meters, and nothing extra for the connection your AI uses. The price does not change when you hire, and it does not change when the warehouse fills up. VeraStaged is in open public beta, so today it is not charged for at all: there is no card to enter, and nobody is charged without being asked first.

What the price covers
Every user, every piece, every feature.
The whole product
Inventory, availability, holds, trucks, projects, rooms, quotes, billing, contacts, pipeline, damage and reporting. There is no inventory plan and no CRM plan, because a staging company needs both on the same Tuesday.
Everyone who works there
Warehouse staff should not be a line item you think twice about. A per-seat price on the people loading the truck is a price that gets a shared login, and then nobody can tell who moved what.
Every piece you own
Four hundred pieces or forty thousand, the price is the same. Software priced by the shelf is charging you for growing, which is a strange thing to be billed for by a product that exists to help you grow.
The connection your AI uses
Not an enterprise tier, not metered per call. Linking your ChatGPT or your Claude is the thing this product is for, so charging extra for it would be charging for the point.
Nothing is metered
There is no AI allowance to run out of. Products that sell their own AI features cap them by the month; the AI you link here is your own, and we have no reason to count.
Your own labels
No tags, printers, scanners or readers to buy from us, ever. Labels and scanner guns are commodity hardware; buy whichever you like from Amazon, and whatever is already stuck to the furniture works from the first scan.
The beta
Two free years for the companies who help us get it right.
Everything on the product page is built and running, and it is early. Sign up and use it: while the beta is open nothing is billed, and everything is on. In return we would like to hear what broke, what took a step too many, and what your crew could not work out standing in an aisle.
The early adopter offer is a separate thing and not a queue you have to join first. Write to us whenever, before you sign up or after, and we will set your company up with the whole product at no charge for two years, counted from the day anybody starts being billed, with somebody here who knows your warehouse by name. We are taking a small number of these, because a promise to answer the phone is only worth something if we can keep it.
If you leave, everything you entered comes back out through the same connection your AI uses. There is no export tier and no leaving fee, and your labels were yours the whole time.
